Cut-resistant gloves are designed to protect the wearer's hands from cuts while working with sharp tools. They can be divided into seamless knitted gloves and metal mesh gloves.
Most cut resistant gloves are tested with EN388:2003 standard. Glove protecting performance will expressed by a pictogram followed by four numbers (performance levels), each representing test performance against a specific hazard.
